Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Services

CC63 Momentum provides professional vehicle detailing and enhancement services. All services are carried out with reasonable care and skill. Service descriptions on the website are for guidance only—actual service requirements may vary depending on vehicle condition.

2. Bookings & Deposits

All bookings are made online or directly via our contact channels. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid on or before completion of the service.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in full loss of the deposit. Deposits are non-transferable if notice is not given within this timeframe. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged up to 100% of the service price at our discretion.

4. Vehicle Condition & Safety

Vehicles must be presented in a reasonably clean and safe condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, hazardous materials or biohazards (e.g. vomit, mould, blood) may incur additional charges or refusal of service. We reserve the right to refuse any vehicle deemed unsafe, heavily soiled, or contaminated.

5. Customer Belongings

Customers must remove all valuables before handing over the vehicle. CC63 Momentum accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

6. Damage & Liability

We take every care when working on your vehicle. However, we are not liable for existing defects, including:

  • Faded or damaged paintwork

  • Clear coat failure

  • Loose trim or badges

  • Pre-existing scratches or interior wear

  • Hidden electrical faults

  • Aftermarket modifications or previous poor repairs

We are not liable for mechanical, electrical or dashboard warning issues that arise during detailing if unrelated to our work. Vehicles are left on-site entirely at the owner’s risk.

7. Results Disclaimer

Results vary based on vehicle age, paint condition, and maintenance history. We do not guarantee 100% scratch or swirl removal. Whilst we aim to significantly improve the condition and appearance of your vehicle; however, no detailing or paint correction service can guarantee the complete removal of all defects.
We do not offer services that can achieve 100% defect removal of paintwork or bodywork. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Deep scratches

  • Stone chips

  • Oxidation

  • Etching from bird droppings or tree sap

  • Sanding marks

  • Heavy swirls or random deep scratches (RDS)

  • Clear coat failure or peeling lacquer

  • Rust or corrosion

Where safe, we may offer paint correction to improve these defects, but only within the limits of manufacturer paint thickness and safe working practices. We will not risk damage to your vehicle by chasing defects beyond safe levels. Results will vary depending on paint condition, age, previous repairs and vehicle history. No guarantees are made for complete defect removal.

8. Weather & Delays

In the event of extreme weather, illness, equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control, we may reschedule bookings without liability. This includes force majeure situations.

9. Payments

We accept payment by bank transfer, cash or agreed payment method. Vehicles will not be released until payment is made in full. Late payments may accrue fees.

10. Warranty & Ceramic Coatings (If Applicable)

If ceramic coating services are provided, performance depends on correct maintenance. Warranty is void if:

  • Unapproved chemicals are used

  • The coating is not maintained correctly

  • Car washes with brushes or harsh chemicals are used

11. Photography & Marketing

We may take before and after photos of vehicles for portfolio and social media use. If you do not want photos of your vehicle used, please notify us before your appointment.

12. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of job completion. We do not offer refunds but will resolve issues where reasonable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
