Refund Policy – CC63 Momentum
All deposits paid to secure a booking with CC63 Momentum are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, we reserve workshop time exclusively for your vehicle, and therefore deposits cannot be returned under any circumstance, including cancellation by the customer. Customers may reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, and their deposit will be carried over to the new booking date. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given or the customer fails to attend their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results where expectations were not agreed in advance, especially in cases involving vehicles with pre-existing paintwork damage, severe contamination or bodywork defects, as full defect removal is not guaranteed as part of any detailing service. Refunds will also not be given once a service has been started or completed. If CC63 Momentum is unable to carry out a booking due to exceptional circumstances, we will offer either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund of any deposit paid. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
